Paradigms Consulting was founded on a simple belief: the real problem is rarely where everyone is looking.
After leading transformation initiatives across 35 countries, we saw the same pattern repeat itself across industries, continents, and organizations of every size. The people were capable. The effort was real. Yet the results remained unchanged. The actual constraint sat upstream, hidden in decisions, governance, accountability, and operating systems. It was measurable. It was fixable. Yet few organizations were looking there.
That observation became the foundation of Paradigms Consulting. We work directly with CEOs and executive leadership teams to identify what is limiting performance, quantify its business impact, and focus on the actions that create the greatest results.

Sherif Labib is the Founder and Principal Consultant of Paradigms Consulting, an enterprise transformation and operational excellence firm built on a simple belief. The real problem is rarely where everyone is looking.
Over more than 20 years and across 35 countries, Sherif has helped leadership teams uncover what is limiting growth, execution, quality, and operational performance. His experience spans industrial automation, manufacturing, energy, logistics, and supply chain operations, where he has led transformation efforts inside some of the world's most complex organizations.
Prior to founding Paradigms Consulting, Sherif held senior leadership positions with Schlumberger, Emerson Automation Solutions, Dematic, and KION Group, leading global initiatives in quality, operational excellence, and business transformation. Throughout his career he observed the same pattern repeatedly. Organizations focus on symptoms while the true constraint remains hidden upstream in decisions, governance, accountability, and operating systems. That observation became the foundation of Paradigms Consulting.
Sherif completed Global Executive Education at INSEAD and holds a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. He is also the author of Paradigms Unlocked, a book exploring how shifts in perspective can transform leadership, decision-making, and performance.
Today Sherif works directly alongside CEOs and executive leadership teams through Paradigms Consulting. He personally leads every engagement, supported by a team of senior executives who have led at the highest levels of industrial, manufacturing, and energy organizations. No junior staff. No handoffs. Just clarity on what is limiting performance and a disciplined path to improve it.

Throughout her career, Anita has led transformative initiatives across Power Generation, Oil & Gas, Mining, Marine, Metals, Intralogistics, and Retail. She has held leadership roles spanning design and engineering, product development, capital project execution, and global operations at leading firms including Siemens, Mitsubishi (Primetals), Dematic, and Americold.
Her expertise lies in leading complex supply chain transformations, streamlining project delivery for large capital investments, and enabling global expansion through agile, market-responsive strategies. Anita has delivered multimillion-dollar cost savings, improved gross margins, and successfully launched operations across three continents.
