Sherif Labib is a global strategist and business transformation leader with more than two decades of experience in quality management, operational excellence, and organizational leadership. As Principal Consultant at Paradigms Consulting, he partners with CEOs and executive teams to cut through complexity, align strategy with execution, and deliver measurable results with clarity and precision.
Sherif’s career spans 35 countries and industries including automation, oil and gas, logistics, and manufacturing. He has held senior leadership roles at Schlumberger, Emerson Automation Solutions, and Dematic, where he led enterprise-wide transformation programs, optimized global operations, and built high-performance teams that delivered lasting impact.
He is a Certified Manager of Quality and Organizational Excellence (CMQ/OE), Certified Quality Auditor (CQA), Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (LSSBB), and Project Management Professional (PMP). He holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering and completed Global Executive Business Education at INSEAD.
